How to play Star Regions
Place stars to meet every row, column and region count.
Rules
- Each row, column and coloured region needs the stated number of stars.
- Stars cannot touch, even diagonally.
How to answer
- Tap or drag through cells to place or remove stars.
- Use the row, column and region counts to check your work, then choose Check stars. Clear removes all stars.
Solving tips
- Begin with small regions. A forced star rules out all eight neighbouring cells.
