How to play Shape liar

Rules

1. Exactly one statement is false.
2. Flat faces exclude curved surfaces. A through-hole passes all the way through a shape.
3. Some statements compare counts or refer to a shape by its properties.

How to answer

1. Rotate each shape with drag, buttons or arrow keys, or open its property list.
2. Check the claims against those properties, then select the shape making the false claim.
3. Hints help check the true claims; the solved explanation checks all three.

Solving tips

• For an indirect claim, first identify which shape it describes. Then test what it says about that shape.
